Bill Beard has been successfully assisting corporate owners sell their companies and realize their goals since 1996. He has M&A experience in multiple industries, including manufacturing, business and personal services, technology and distribution.

Bill understands the critical issues and concerns faced by shareholders of privately held companies. He can advise flexible and creative solutions to achieve desired goals. His experience in M&A marketing, negotiations, deal structure and tax mitigation ensures thorough professional representation to every client.

Bill received a B.A. from Virginia Tech and a J.D. from the University of Puget Sound. He is an inactive member of the Washington State, Washington, D.C. and Texas Bar Associations.
