WILLIAM R. HILL

Bill Hill has more than 10 years' experience in business valuation. He has overseen the completion of several hundred business valuation projects. The scope of his valuation expertise encompasses the manufacturing, wholesale, retail, construction, engineering/technical and professional service sectors. His professional activities include testing and evaluation of valuation software materials for national publishers.

Bill joined C&A in 1990 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Controller for an electronics manufacturer of medical, military and energy management products. He was also employed as a Business Administrator for a metal goods manufacturer and as Secretary-Treasurer for a commercial livestock and pet foods manufacturer. In addition, Bill serves as Controller for a mid-sized non-profit organization.

Bill holds a B.S. in Administration from Idaho State University with a major in Finance and minors in Accounting and Computer Science. His university coursework emphasized investment analysis, financial theory, banking and operational management. Bill is an active member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.
